The Dance (dun dun dunnnnnnn)

Rebecca sat at one of the tables.

She really had outdone herself.

Rebecca tapped her fingers on the table, wondering how many of the kids would show up.

Riley stepped into the main hall, She wasn't really sure if she should have dressed up.

So she took her camo dress, ripped it, and put on converse. Finishing with a white flower in her hair.

I look like the princess of the army... Fail.

Riley shrugged and sat down at a table, waiting for her friends to come.

Luicinda walked into the dance, with her hot pink dress with black lace in a a-symetrical cut going down her left leg, her hair was pushed over right shoulder. Her lips had black lipstick on them. Her knee high converse went up to her knees.
She felt gorgeous she looked pretty good too.



She walked into the dance. Caught up in the excitement of her first magic school dance she tripped on air


Great! Just Great! she thought.

"Hey Lucy, you look great." Riley said greeting her sister happily.

"You should totally dance with Jeremy." She blurted out, not thinking.

"SHUT UP!!" She said putting her hand on her sisters mouth.

"I did all this la de da so he would notice." She admitted willingly "Thanks, you look super cool like army chick cool."

She wanted to wear her long dress, but she heard Jeremy was coming.

"Thanks." She said prying her sister's hand from her face. "Just stepped off the battlefield." She said sarcastically.

For no reason at all, the macarena song started blaring in her mind.

Aggghhhhh..... Los Del Rio...

Victoria bounced into the hall (can you bounce in heels?).

She was wearing a beautiful aqua dress, most of her hair was in a bun, and her hair that wasn't in a bun cascaded in little ringlets down her back.


"LUCINDA! RILEY! YOU GUYS LOOK GREAT!" she yelled, now trying o run in her heels.

"Whoa. Say yes to the dress." Riley said laughing, "You look amazing Victoria."

Riley smiled at her and glanced behind her to see if anyone in particular was coming.

"Hey Victoria!" Lucinda said to tell her bout Jeremy "You'll never guess who's the best matchmaker in all of Lost Academy."

Victoria's face split into a wide grin.

"Eeeeep! JEREMY?!!"

Riley raised an eyebrow at her, "No....? What..?"

She shrugged at her sister, feeling confused.

"No, I mean, did Jeremy ask you out?" Victoria giggled.

"Technically she asked him out and he made it a date."

Riley said smiling, holding back an excited giggle.

"Well Riley was dunking him underwater." She said glareing at her sister.

"Um, If I recall correctly, He wasn't the only one who got wet." Riley smirked.

She could still taste the lakewater.

"Speaking of Jeremy, where are the guys?"

"Yes, where are the males?" Victoria asked, still bouncing.

Riley twirled a strand of hair gingerly around her finger.

"I don't know, But I hope Logan arrives soon."

"Oh, do you still have that spider?" Victoria asked randomly.

Riley nodded pulling the bag out of her dress.

"Here it is."

Victoria wrinkled her nose.

"Aw! It's dead! I wanted to use that! Now I have to catch another one!"

"Oops, wrong bag." Riley tossed that one behind her and pulled out another bag with another spider, alive.

"Here."

Victoria started to bounce more, before she tripped and almost fell.

"..Oops..ow. Thanks for the alive spider Riley!"

"No problem." Riley said, still looking around for Logan.

"What do you need the spider for anyways?"

"What are you going to do with that?" Lucinda asked curiously.

"I dunno....probably a prank."
