"Dibs on top!!" Riley screamed running quickly into the room and leaping up onto the top bunk.
She lay sprawled out, her arm hanging off the edge, staring at the ceiling.
The heat was impending, and she was half-heartedly wanting to write, to let her emotions escape. But no, too Girly. Not her, Not riley.
"So.... Birmingham, that new Darren kid. You seem very Fond of him." She said with a sly smile, and leaned over the edge of the bunk, resting her chin on folded arms.
"Sort of like how I am with Logan, I presume. He's just so.... perfect."
She smiled, somehow always finding time to fawn and fanticise over the boy.
She swooned for about sixteen more seconds before sitting up straight and pulling a football out of her bag.
"Whataya say to tossing around the old pigskin?"
